Abstract

This research aims to know with certainty the ability of VO2max football player Air Bangis. This type of research is descriptive. The population numbered 20 people, and all the population used as a sample. VO2max is used to acquire a data bleep test instrument. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical formula results show that the ability of the players’ VO2max is the category average.
