Conference: Proceedings of the International Conference on Sustainable Business and Entrepreneurship (ICSBE 2025)
Date: 17-19 September 2025
Location: Accra, Ghana (Hybrid)
Website: https://atu.edu.gh/arcatu-icsbe-2025/ Welcome to the proceedings of ICSBE 2025, hosted by Accra Technical University from 17 to 19 September 2025. This conference brings together scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to explore how sustainable business and entrepreneurship can drive economic resilience and social impact. This volume covers a wide range of topics: sustainable business models, finance, accounting, marketing, operations, supply chains, entrepreneurship, social enterprise, ESG reporting, circular economy, green procurement, sustainable tourism, public policy, MSME resilience, and digital tools for decision-making. Our aim is clear: to share tools you can apply, report evidence you can verify, and link research to firm practice and public action. All submissions underwent rigorous external peer review, with decisions based on originality, relevance, methodological rigor, clarity, and potential impact on practice or future research. Accepted papers were revised to incorporate reviewer feedback and formatted for citation and reuse. To guide your reading, the volume is organized into thematic sections: • Strategy and models
• Finance and accounting
• Operations and supply chains
• Marketing and consumer behaviour
• Entrepreneurship and SMEs
• Digital and data
• Policy and education
• Sector case studies As you engage with these contributions, consider: • Which checklist or metric can you adopt in your organization this quarter?
• What quick test can your team run next month to de-risk a decision?
• Which partner could open market access or provide data for validation?
• How can a reported effect size inform a board paper or policy brief?
• What will you stop doing based on the evidence presented here? We thank all authors for their thoughtful work and appreciate the reviewers and program committee for their timely and constructive assessments. We are grateful to session chairs, rapporteurs, volunteers, sponsors, and university leadership for their support. Use this volume to design a pilot, refine a business case, or train a team. Share your insights with the community and return to ICSBE with new results that advance sustainable business and entrepreneurship. On behalf of the ARCATU 2025 Editorial Team September 2025
