Abstract

College counselors are a specialized force in the ideological and political education work team in colleges and universities, and their quality and ability are directly related to the effectiveness of college education. From the perspective of the ten-dimensional education systems planned in the Implementation Outline for Improving the Quality of Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities, this paper explores and studies the methods and ways to improve the quality and ability of college counselors from ten aspects, in order to strengthen the professional construction of college counselors and realize the goal of college personnel training.
