Abstract

to realize agricultural and rural modernization is an inevitable requirement for establishing a new type of industrial-rural urban-rural relationship. To realize agricultural and rural modernization, we must not only rely on external forces, but also stimulate endogenous long-term strength, to form a powerful joint force to promote the integration of urban and rural areas. Taking Sichuan province as an example, based on the theory of cause analysis of the development of things, this paper divides the realization of agricultural rural modernization into the modernization of “Things”with external impetus and the modernization of “People” with internal impetus. Starting from the perspective of exogenous dynamics, we can mainly conduct research and analysis on industries, governance, ecology, culture and life, focusing on the two groups of farmers and young college students from the perspective of stimulating endogenous dynamics, give full play to the main role of farmers and young college students in the new era, and make suggestions for the full release of the potential of farmers and college students and create great impetus.
