Abstract

To protect the citizens’ housing right is an important constitutionnal and legal liability of modern country. However, Chinese government has some difficulties to fulfill that in affordable housing providing and controling aspects. Referring to the experience of the United States’, Chinese government should promote housing policies to legal level and do more like Increasing the quantity of affordable housing, and clearing the government responsibility and protecting the funding sources to consummate a complete housing guarantee system.
