The Evaluation of Principals’ Academic Supervision Implementation in Managing Teachers’ Learning at Kindergartens in Medan Denai District

- The aim of this study is to revealthe implementation of the principals academic supervision in managing teachers learning. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study were all Kindergarten school principals in Medan Denai District, Medan City with a sample that was taken randomly about 15 principals. The research data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed with descriptive statistics in the form of percentage analysis. The results showed that the implementation in academic supervision planning is 58.04% of principals had not designed it well, the implementation in academic supervision is 53.89% of principals had not implemented in line with expectation, and implementation of follow-up academic supervision result is 62.22% of pricipals has not carried out as expected.
