Abstract

In this paper, by analyzing the important role of agricultural cooperation between Fujian Haixi economic development, the development of the current situation and existing problems, and the factors affect the development of re-understanding of its strategic position, which put forward the strategic transformation of agricultural cooperation between Fujian and strategy planning new thinking, in order to continue to play a leading role in cross-strait agricultural cooperation in the Haixi economic construction framework, a win-win situation to achieve a higher level of agricultural cooperation between Fujian and further enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of Fujian and Taiwan modern agriculture and promote the economic zone on the west side of the Straits the development of better and faster to put forward their views and suggestions.
