Abstract

Contents of the college student work constantly enrich and develop, but the purpose of managing and educating people unchanged. Student leaders being both students and cadres shoulder the functions of education, management, and services. Student leaders through exercise to improve their overall quality, tap potential, continuous training, development and improvement to better serve the overall situation in the work of college students. They are an important part of college student work and they play a huge role in promoting on the construction of the class group.
