Abstract

Along with the increasingly perfecting of market economy, a new tool for settlement---- prepaid membership card appeared in our country’s market economy. This article is mainly in an attempt to define the nature of prepaid membership card in our country through the analysis of foreign legislation in order to correctly understand the legal relationships between operators issuing prepaid membership card and card holders.
