Abstract

With apparel enterprises as research objects, this paper briefly analyzes problems and current situation of the development of Chinese apparel enterprises, and the important role of employees’ qualities in the development of apparel enterprises, and then studies on main ways for Chinese apparel enterprises to improve employees’ qualities.
