Abstract

Positive psychological is a subject focus on people`s potential and moral, it emphasizes on the good quality that man possess, this provides a brand new development strategy for the job-hunting guidance work for the higher education. This paper has generally described the positive phycological, stated the main content of the university graduates job-hunting guidance , and provided some strategy based on the positive strategy.
