Abstract

In order to improve the ability of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of talents, this paper proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which is the combination of qualitative and quantitative. Results show that the system can ensure the accuracy of the evaluation results, can meet the need of the fuzzy comprehensive personnel evaluation, and can provide technical support for related departments on talent evaluation rapidly and accurately.
