Abstract

By actual testing of the first network system of a company in Changchun City, the main energy consumption aspects were analyst and calculated, then the determination of energy-saving evaluation indexes was discussed. Based on the properties of indexes, the energy-saving evaluation index framework was provided and scoring method was introduced in detail.
