Abstract

Based on four categories of indexes such as intensity indexes etc., this paper combines with actual characteristics of Chinese city, discusses about and builds a green and low-carbon city evaluation index system, and puts forward a set of simple and practical evaluation methods and standards evaluation system; with case study of Qingdao City, this paper also conducts empirical evaluation of current development level in 2013 and planning level in 2020 respectively, and verifies scientific validity of the index system.
