Abstract

This article emphasize the ecological planning concept to maintain characteristics of urban old industrial district which will lead to a sustainable development. Including construction request of modern architecture from architecture design, architecture culture, architecture land resource, architecture environment and design idea .Taking Xi’an DaHua 1935 cotton factory for example, we discuss an old industrial buildings transformed into a civil construction modern district. And also containing recover of the existing resources under the current economic status from multiple aspects.
