Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to deliver the proceedings of the 2023 International Conference to the writers and delegates of the event. We trust that you find this information valuable, engaging, and motivating.

The conference intends to facilitate discussions on concerns, challenges, opportunities, and research findings through interprofessional collaboration (IPC). IPC’s existence is significantly impacted by the outcomes of interprofessional education (IPE). A collaborative system where professionals from different scientific disciplines work together and interact with multiple health professionals or teams to provide comprehensive patient services.

The International Conference aims to gather and record the most recent research findings and practical knowledge from researchers, project implementers, and health partner collaborations. Develop policies, strategies, and programmes to enhance interpersonal cooperation (IPC) in the health sector in Indonesia, focusing on publication outputs that need to be addressed.

The implementation of the International Seminar “Development of Interpersonal Cooperation (IPC) in the Health Sector with Publication Outcomes” at the Faculty of Medicine is in collaboration with the UndergraduateMedical Study Programme and the UHO Nursing Study Programme, as well as other health faculties, to increase interest in publications among lecturers and students. Through this International Conference, it is hoped that professional health practitioners can continue to implement the tri dharma effectively, one of which is through collaborative research and technology in the health sector as a whole, both in the fields of medicine, nursing, pharmacy, public health, psychology, and other health fields.

The editors hope that this publication can provide readers with a broad overview of the development of interpersonal cooperation (IPC) in the health sector. We are optimistic and hopeful that the conference proceedings will be covered in the Atlantis Proceedings in due course. The editors would like to express their sincere appreciation and thanks to all the authors for their contributions to this publication.
