Abstract

With the implement of the proactive economic stimulus, as an important maritime line of communication in the world, Southeast Asia has become one of the regions with the most vigorous global economic activities. And at the same time, our country will build a strategic cooperative partnership with the countries in this area under the Belt and Road Initiative.
