Abstract

Research on the upward influence has become an important part of the field of enterprise management. It is because that the use and effects of upward influence areÿrelating to superior-subordinate relationship as well as achieving individual and organizational goals. This article, through the method of factor analysis, combined with China's cultural background, put forward the upward influence tactics six factors structure in organization and analyzed the characteristics of the six kind of influence tactics use frequency.
