- Abstract
Occupational health and safety (OHS) is a crucial element in the electrical power industry. One of the factors supporting the implementation of OHS is the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to negligence in PPE usage among workers at PT PLN. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey utilizing a questionnaire based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The results indicate that workers’ attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control significantly influence compliance with PPE usage. These findings provide strategic recommendations for PT PLN management to enhance PPE compliance and prevent workplace accidents.
