We are pleased to share that 80 papers have been submitted to this year’s ISCEER, reflecting strong research interest and ongoing collaboration within our academic community. Held fully onsite in Bandung, ISCEER 2025 welcomes all participants and appreciates the enthusiasm shown throughout the event. This year’s theme, “Innovative Earth Stewardship for a Sustainable Future: Integrating Science, Energy, and Ecosystem Resilience,” represents our shared commitment to advancing knowledge and innovation that support sustainability, resilience, and responsible environmental stewardship. The conference includes keynote speeches and oral presentations, with selected papers eligible for publication through our esteemed partner, Atlantis Press.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all distinguished guests, participants, and contributors. Our deepest gratitude is especially conveyed to the Rector of UNIKOM, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Eddy Soeryanto Soegoto, MT, UNIKOM’s top leadership, keynote speakers, and all presenters. We are also grateful for the support of our conference co-hosts — Van Hien University (Vietnam), Chiang Mai University (Thailand), INTI International University (Malaysia), Taylor’s University (Malaysia), Chirchiq Davlat Pedagogika Universiteti (Uzbekistan), Sarbon Universiteti (Uzbekistan), and the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (Japan) — whose collaboration has played an important role in the success of this event.

ISCEER 2025 encourages all presenters to actively participate in discussions, share insights, and make the most of this opportunity to build networks and foster new collaborations. We sincerely hope this conference serves as a meaningful platform to present recent findings and strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation in support of a sustainable and resilient future.
