Abstract

The article presents a new approach to the formation of a strategy for the functioning of a commercial organization, based on ensuring its economic security. At the same time it is proposed to view the economic security in the context of three key determinants: the management component, finance, and counterparties. The types of strategies, strategic perspectives, and decision-making tools that contribute to the sustainable development of a company in the long run are justified.
