- Abstract
State-owned enterprises has seized the important “window period” to promote the reform of tenure system and contractual management of managers, and ensure the implementation of the reform with greater strength and effectiveness. However, in the process of implementation, there are many difficulties and obstacles, which make it difficult to come into play. The study summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of the tenure system and contract for managers, and puts forward some solutions and suggestions.
