- The article has developed a concept and algorithm for creating the digital twin (DT) of a small enterprise. Tools for generating high-quality information flows for prototyping and online promotion have been developed. The novelty of the concept lies in the fact that the digital twin is not a mirror of the existing enterprise. It is considered as a dynamic prototype of the development process from the simplest microenterprise to the necessary forms set by the matrix of targets and constraints (MTC). These developments reveal the potential of the digital twin for the development of small businesses, in particular, by improving scenario forecasting.
