Abstract

With the rapid development of the Internet, the supply chain of fresh agricultural products under the O2O model is booming. This paper analyzes the various types of risks that exist in each link of the entire supply chain, applies a multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of each risk in the supply chain, and analyzes the results. The paper proposes a solution to the risks of fresh agricultural products supply chain under the O2O model
