Abstract

All papers published in the IWPOSPA Technology and Environment Proceedings have undergone a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality, relevance, and scientific integrity of the published research. The review process was administered by the Editorial Committee and conducted by independent experts in the fields of transportation technology, maritime engineering, environmental management, sustainable transportation systems, renewable energy, logistics technology, and related disciplines. Each manuscript was evaluated based on its originality, scientific contribution, methodological rigor, technical quality, relevance to the conference themes, and potential impact on technological innovation and environmental sustainability. Reviewers provided constructive comments and recommendations, which were addressed by the authors before final acceptance. The peer-review process adhered to recognized academic and ethical standards, ensuring objectivity, confidentiality, transparency, and fairness throughout all stages of evaluation. Only manuscripts that successfully met the required scholarly and editorial standards were accepted for publication. The proceedings aim to disseminate high-quality research and practical innovations that contribute to technological advancement, environmental protection, sustainable development, and the improvement of transportation and maritime systems at local, national, and international levels.
