Abstract

The artists' trust to a manager is one of the most important conditions for the development of a creative organization (institution). The presence of trust as a factor largely determines the success of the work of an organization in its reform and improvement of individual structures. Trustful relations between a manager and creative workers in the organization can generate trust of the founder to the institution itself, which creates the basis for its prosperity.
