Proceedings of the 1st International Scientific Conference "Legal Regulation of the Digital Economy and Digital Relations: Problems and Prospects of Development" (LARDER 2020)

On behalf of the Organizers, it is my pleasure to present to your attention the 1st International Scientific Conference "Legal Regulation of the Digital Economy and Digital Relations: Problems and Prospects of Development" (LARDER 2020).

Our 1st International Scientific Conference on legal regulation of the digital economy and digital relations by the Prague Institute for Qualification Enhancement between the 22nd and 23rd of October 2020. Conference organizers succeeded in bringing together professors, researchers, graduate students, and practitioners. The conference featured keynote presentations and oral presentations held in sessions on specific topics. All presentations were met with great enthusiasm and followed by long discussions and debates.

The LARDER 2020 conference was held as yet another conference in the line of successive events and conferences on related topics held in 2018 and 2019 which also resulted in interesting and widely cited proceedings published by Atlantis Press.

All the papers were collected and put into the seven main conference tracks following thematically related areas. This arrangement helped the organizers to place the contributions into the clusters that would not overlap and would fit together nicely:

• Development of the digital economy and digital relations;
• Civil law regulation of the digital economy and digital relations;
• Administrative responsibility for violations in digital relations;
• Criminal liability for violations in digital relations;
• Topical problems in digital economy and digital relations;
• Digital economy and digital energy security;
• Public administration, e-government, and digitalization.
Apart from all the above, it was really a pleasure for the conference organizers to host an international mix of outstanding contributors from several countries.

We are very happy to state that the 1st International Scientific Conference on legal regulation of the digital economy and digital relations once again succeeded in bringing together academics and stakeholders from the fields of law, business, economics, education, information technology, social sciences, psychology, anthropology, pedagogy, history, and international relations. Together, we managed to create an interesting volume of Proceedings that is worth reading and consulting for everyone interested in leadership in all its forms.

My best wishes,
Prof. Wadim Strielkowski
