- Abstract
The paper analyzes the management of the educational partnership between kindergarten, family, and the local community, emphasizing its role in improving the quality of early education and supporting the harmonious development of preschool children. Starting from the theoretical foundations of early education, the study highlights the importance of collaboration among educational institutions, families, local authorities, non-governmental organizations, cultural institutions, health services, and other community actors. The article underlines that effective partnership management involves communication, coordination, shared responsibility, resource mobilization, and the development of coherent educational strategies adapted to children’s needs and community realities. Special attention is given to the role of kindergarten as a central institution in promoting socialization, inclusion, prosocial behavior, and contextualized learning experiences. The paper also emphasizes the importance of parental involvement, multidisciplinary cooperation, and community resources in creating a supportive educational environment. The findings suggest that kindergarten–local community partnerships represent a strategic condition for inclusive, efficient, and child-centered early education, contributing to the formation of autonomous, responsible, and socially integrated individuals.
