Abstract

When existing location technologies are applied in substation, there are some deficiencies. In the paper, a multi-model high-precision location method is proposed based on CSS location technology. Firstly, it analyzes several mainstream location technology and the characteristics of substation. Secondly, it introduces the location process and hardware implementation based on the combination CSS location with region fingerprint location. Lastly, the feasibility of this method is verified by the real test in a smart substation.
