Abstract

For today's information age, a variety of information platform, a variety of large data. Increasing demand not only for the quality of talent and increasing demand for the information systems and data analysis. On University talent training of quality see, annual graduated of many computer professional graduates cannot reached employing units of requirements, main performance in although graduates most has large of professional theory knowledge, but lack of experience which is very closely related to professional, which caused talent training and social needs phase out, so how to improve graduates of practice capacity, team collaboration capacity, innovation capacity, information processing capacity and data analysis capacity is the main problems talent training faced to. So much-needed innovation in traditional teaching mode, we are here now put out the education mode flips under curriculum Assistant and task-driven ,which takes use of the information age. In the present information age, by students, curriculum Assistant and teacher triangle relationships to promote student learning,change the knowledge what his teachers constantly teach to self learning, the teacher only take part of counselling role. As Senior students be course assistants not only urged the juniors to learn, or you can drive the learning interest of students in the lower grades, help them to more clearly understand their own professional, aware of their future. Teaching assistants can also improve communication skills and management capacity. For teachers, may be more easily educated students.
