Abstract

Based on the discussion of the influence factors and status quo of Honing reticulate pattern processing technology, the paper makes simulation analysis of the reciprocating reversing acceleration of honing machine, in order to uncover the impact of acceleration changes upon the main Honing process parameters and the quality of reticulate pattern, thus offer the theatrical basis for the improvement of honing machine’s reversing acceleration.
