Abstract

At present, with the continuous development of the automotive supply chain management, logistics enterprises in the auto parts business and logistics services to keep up with growing JIT logistics requirements of OEMs. In this paper, based on organizational restructuring SCOR's main line, BRP theory as a guide to achieve auto parts logistics business process reengineering, and follow-up adjustment of enterprise information technology to cope with the new organizational structure and business processes, the establishment of China's automobile spare parts logistics BPR's best practice business.
