Website: https://seabcfeunsri.com The 9th Sriwijaya Economics, Accounting, and Business Conference (SEABC), in conjunction with the 24th Malaysia-Indonesia International Conference on Economics, Management, and Accounting (MIICEMA), was successfully held on September 17–18, 2025, at Universitas Sriwijaya, Indonesia. Organized as a hybrid event, the conference allowed both on-site and virtual participation to facilitate wider academic engagement and cross-border collaboration. This event brought together distinguished scholars, practitioners, and policymakers from Indonesia, Malaysia, and other countries to exchange ideas and research findings in the fields of economics, management, and accounting. With the overarching theme “Inclusive Development and Resilient Communities through Regional Cooperation,” the conference aimed to address critical issues such as climate change, economic diversification, digital transformation, and sustainability. The conference also highlighted topics in public sector governance, Islamic finance, creative economy, and human resource development, reflecting the diverse and interdisciplinary nature of contemporary economic and business challenges. The organizing committee expresses its deepest gratitude to all keynote and invited speakers, authors, reviewers, and participants whose valuable contributions made this event a meaningful success. It is hoped that the papers presented and compiled in this proceeding will inspire further research and collaboration to strengthen regional development and academic excellence. The editors sincerely hope that this publication will offer readers a comprehensive understanding of the latest developments and practices in teaching, research, and applied fields, serving as a valuable reference for future academic inquiry.
