Abstract

In view of the serious problem of employment difficulty of college students in our country, this paper puts forward the relevant ways and methods to solve the problem of employment difficulty of college students by using the theory of labor market segmentation, which provides a strong argument for the government to solve the problem of employment difficulty of college students.
