Abstract: Human resource performance management can help enterprises to improve their overall strength and gain advantages in the fierce market competition. For Furniture Enterprises, making the right human resources decisions and carrying out effective human resources activities can greatly improve the overall business situation. This study uses DEA model to discand analyze the present situation of human resource performance evaluation of a furniture enterprise, and determines the index of human resource performance evaluation of a furniture enterprise, according to the conclusion of the data analysis, the concrete improvement suggestions are given.
