Abstract

In this paper the fundamental principals of HACCP system were used to construct a monitoring and quality guarantee system in management of postgraduate course teaching by analyzing and confirming the hazards and critical control points in postgraduate course teaching in order to assure the quality of postgraduate course teaching.
