Abstract

In recent years, with the continuous deepening of the reform of the education system, such as complete credit system, flexible educational system, large class enrollment, the traditional concept of professional and class gradually faded. At the same time, with the international and domestic political and economic situation in the intricate changes, the social trend and problem have a great impact on College Students' socialist core value concept, and proposed a new test to the university student Party member training and selection for the attempt of the Western hostile forces. In addition, the emergence and popularization of the network from the media, and new media technology to ensure the quality of college student party members to face unimaginable challenges. Party Construction in Colleges and universities must adapt to these changes, and explore the development scale and quality assurance system of the party members' development.
