Abstract

Business environment is the core competitiveness of one region, which directly reflects the development of local economic and is regarded as the “thermometer” and “barometer” of economic development. This study gives the overview of business environment in small and medium-sized cities in China, analyzes the concept of business environment, explores the development trend of business environment optimization, clarifies the problems existing in the optimization at the present stage and puts forward reasonable strategies according to the actual situation.
