In order to provide customers with perfect service and improve the competitiveness of the hotel, it is necessary to introduce the quality system into the service quality management of the hotel, and integrate the total quality management into the service process to continuously improvement and improve the service quality management of the hotel. Based on the study of the current situation of the domestic hotel industry, combined with the current social background, this paper analyses the importance of the construction of the quality management system for the development of the hotel industry. At the same time, it makes a deep-seated analysis of the common management problems in the current hotel industry, and puts forward its own ideas on the construction and development of the hotel service quality management system combining with the relevant theories of the quality management system and related improvement measures, so as to provide reference for other hotels in service quality management, and then to form a positive role in the development of the entire hotel industry.
