- Abstract
This paper aims to deeply explore the prevalent problem of job burnout among enterprise employees. By applying relevant theories, investigating the current situation, analyzing the causes of the problem, it puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions, and summarizes and prospects the research. The study finds that job burnout manifests at the individual, work, organizational and social levels, and is affected by various factors. By taking corresponding measures, it is expected to alleviate employees’ job burnout, promote the healthy development of enterprises, and provide directions and ideas for future related research.
