Abstract

The modern spectrum of digital technologies in various socio-economic systems exceeds all expectations of both producers and consumers of economic benefits. This encourages many researchers to search for new and more efficient ways of using digital technologies in the economy. Despite this, they don't pay enough attention in a researches to consistency and homogeneity in the pace of development, accessibility for specific consumers of primary digital technologies that contribute to the formation of the necessary infrastructure, creating conditions for improving the quality of public goods in the municipality and the region. The paper presents an attempt to formulate elements of the concept of regulating the digitalization process, taking into account the influence of stimulating and limiting factors aimed to increasing the productivity of digital technologies application in the field of housing and communal services of the local territory.
