Abstract

Digital diplomacy is a new and important part of public diplomacy nowadays. The influence of the Internet is growing very fast. And the more country or any entity is appeared in this space the more power it has in the world. This research is devoted to the usage of Internet by BRICS member states to overspread its ideas, values and influence in the world by means of cultural projects.
