This virtual conference was held on May 21, 2022, in Padang, Indonesia. The Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Padang as the conference organizer has received 73 papers. Finally, after the review process, 58 papers have been accepted to be published in this proceeding. This conference has some topics, including education, economics, management and business, accounting and entrepreneurship. The process in managing this conference was very challenging and needed the commitment of all organizing committee members. We have invited more than ten professional reviewers to select the submitted papers. Hence, thank you very much to all reviewers, and we really appreciate your contribution to this conference. Thank you very much to all components who have participated in this conference, especially to the invited speakers from Western Sydney University, Australia, DeMontfort University, UK, Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia, and surely from Universitas Negeri Padang.
