Abstract: Education is a social institution that serves the needs of the community, it is very necessary for survival and developmnet. The purpose of national education is no longer only to educate the nation and liberate humans, but shifts towards education as a commodity because it emphasizes the mastery of science, technology, and arts (IPTEKS) which are pragmatic and materialist. The purpose of this research grant activity for the management of this department in specific objectives are 1. To construct a globally competitive educational innovation model in the Agribusiness Department and 2. Initiating the latest data-based website in the Agribusiness Department that is globally competitive by digitalization. The result of this research are revised changes in Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for curriculum workshop, second workshop, National and International Publications and presence of practitioner lecturers in providing learning toileted to the issues raised develop. The second result is the department’s data base has been upgraded by displaying more comprehensive information so that the existence of this departmental database will help all parties who need information related to the Agribusiness Department.
