RAMSITA-2026 serves as a premier platform bringing together researchers, academicians, and industry professionals to explore advancements in sustainable intelligent technologies and applications. Our mission is to foster innovative and sustainable solutions across various interdisciplinary fields of science, engineering, and technology.

The conference hosted keynote and plenary sessions by eminent experts, including:

• Dr. Sudarshan Iyengar, Director, AI Center of Excellence, Annam.AI, IIT Ropar, India, who provided keynote session on “ViBe: Vicharanashala Lab for Education Design an Online Learning”.
• Dr. P. C. Deshmukh, RV Chair Professor, RV University, Bengaluru and Convener & Mentor, CAMOST, IIT Tirupati, India delivered a mindful session on “Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm for Intelligent City Planning”.
• Dr. Maya Ingle, Ex-Director, DDU-KK, DAVV, Indore, India, had delivered a session on “Aspects of Artificial Intelligence in day to day Sustainable Life”.
• Dr. Akash Saxena, Professor, School of Engineering & Technology, Central University of Haryana, Mahendragarh, India, had taken session on “A Comprehensive Algorithmic Analysis of the Marine Predators Algorithm and Its Case Studies”.
• Dr. Sandeep Shukla, Director, IIIT Hyderabad, India, had discussed about “Cyber Security in the AI Era”.
• Dr. Urvashi Rahul Saxena, Professor and Senior Data Analyst at School of Information Technology and Engineering (SITE), Melbourne Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Australia, highlighted the “Significance of Cloud Security Using Trust Oriented Role-Based Access Control (T-RBAC)”.
• Dr. Duc-Tan Tran, Dean, Faculty of EEE, Phenikaa University, Vietnam, presented a session on “AI-Powered Wearables for Healthcare and Emergency Response”.
• Mr. Manish Gehlot, Oracle CRL Practice Lead Infosys Consulting, USA, emphasized on “Climate Change & Sustainability Carbon Market & Role of Technology”.
• Ms. Archana Gehlot, Co-Founder, Asmakam University, Indore, India, share her knowledge session on “Conscious & Sustainable Choices in Technology”.

These sessions facilitated engaging discussions on critical challenges, innovative solutions, and real-world applications, inspiring researchers and professionals to explore new directions. Interactive participation allowed attendees to gain diverse perspectives, making these sessions a cornerstone of knowledge exchange and collaboration.

The hybrid mode of conference enabled researchers worldwide to seamlessly par-ticipate and present their papers. The conference was structured into six technical ses-sions spanning thirteen diverse tracks, encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration in sustainable intelligence.

RAMSITA-2026 attracted numerous high-quality submissions from researchers globally. After a rigorous peer-review process, where each paper was evaluated by two to three experts, selected papers were compiled into this proceedings volume. The papers cover a broad spectrum of topics, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), data science, blockchain, smart computing, VLSI, 5G, and more. The proceedings will be submitted for possible indexing Inspec, CNKI, and other Science and Scopus databases.

Through this conference and its proceedings, we aim to foster global collaboration and inspire actionable insights that contribute to sustainable research initiatives and future projects. This volume stands as a testament to the collective efforts of authors, reviewers, and organizers, all dedicated to building a technologically advanced yet environmentally responsible world.
