- Abstract
Zhejiang Province is one of the important origins of ancient Chinese culture. In the new century, “The eight-eight Strategy” has been launched and “strengthening the cultural province” is the new chapter in the grand development blueprint of Zhejiang Province. Based on the cultural construction history of Zhejiang Province in the past twenty years, the paper focuses on the cultural construction of Zhejiang Province in the new era - the “Zhejiang experience” of the Cultural Gene Decoding Project, andanalyzes the important initiatives of cultural heritage innovation and inheritance, on the basis of which the outlook for the future cultural development of Zhejiang Province is put forward.
