Abstract

China's economy has shifted to the stage of high-quality development. Improving the efficiency and customer satisfaction of express delivery industry is the inevitable requirement of social development. This paper analyses the problems existing in the current express delivery and collection industry, and puts forward a method to improve the express delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction by using standardized express delivery collection device. The market prospect and application value are analyzed, which has certain value for promoting the rapid development, green development and shared development of express industry in China.
