Proceedings of the Conference Towards ASEAN Chairmanship 2023 (T-A-C 23 2021)
It is a great honour and pleasure for us to present you: The Scientific E-Seminar with international participants and committee, “Towards ASEAN Chairmanship 2023” is organized by the School of Business IPB University (Bogor Agricultural University) Indonesia and the Fiscal Policy Agency of Financial Ministry of Indonesia. The E Seminar was held on December 13-15, 2021. Towards ASEAN Chairmanship 2023 is an online international E-Seminar operated in Bogor, Indonesia. The objective of this event is to provide an initial forum for the Fiscal Policy Agency of Financial Ministry of Indonesia to explore new and up-to-date ideas, which in the end is expected to be one of the reference materials for Indonesia in preparing various agendas in the Finance Track, which includes 3 (three) priority agendas as following:
1. Sustainable Finance
2. Digital Economy
3. Human Capital With the goals of:
1. Exchanging information on recent research issues related to Sustainable Finance, Digital Economy, Human Capital in Southeast Asia and the world in general;
2. Expanding international cooperation network; and
3. Generating internationally reputable and nationally accredited publications.
4. Preparing Indonesia’s role as ASEAN Chair in 2023.
As many as 60 manuscripts were submitted totally, and 39 selected articles are included into these proceedings. We would to extend our gratitude to the Fiscal Policy Agency of the Financial Ministry of Indonesia as the main partner in this e-seminar. Furthermore, we thank the organizing committee and the scientific committee for their invaluable assistance in designing the E-seminar program. Lastly, we thank all the reviewers, the distinguished session speakers, all participants, session chairs, and organizing partners for their invaluable contribution and support to Towards ASEAN Chairmanship 2023 E-Seminar in Bogor, Indonesia.
