- Abstract
Facing the increasingly severe business pressure, it is urgent to strengthen the lean management level and promote the improvement of business efficiency and high-quality development of the company. However, at present, the company can only calculate the benefit level from the department level, which cannot provide effective support for the formulation of the company’s business strategy. Therefore, this paper establishes a project benefit calculation model, takes a single project as the smallest business unit to calculate the benefit, and on this basis, carries out benefit analysis from multiple dimensions such as project type, cost center, marketization or non marketization to assist the company’s business decision-making.
