Abstract

Technology has an essential role to increase human welfare related to their social, cultures and industrial needed. On the other side, the result of competitive research, mainly as the impact of advanced research, which spends so many efforts such as time, power, money and also good management. When applied technology used by commercial company, the price of technology commonly become expensive. As developing country, we have to be wise to choose the needed and efficient technology, include the transfer technology. Frugal Innovation need to consider with advance analyze so it could adjust the technology applied to community. Transfer technology through cooperation with university or prospections industrial company could become the good way to use the proper and adapt technology. Government as owner of universities/institutes, could increase the cooperation with abroad research group by consider of the society.

5.0 community. Basic science research in pioneer universities commonly costly, the applied science could be transfer with university cooperation in sufficient cost. Applied science need the procedure to run the tools, which in this case, the vocational education needed to use the tools efficiently, include the feedback in practicing the tools. Open-Source community also need to be considered, such as Indonesia Go Open Source (IGOS) Nusantara beside also make cooperation with retired researcher from reputable and famous university. The good management of technology transfer include frugal innovation, could help nation to develop the proper and effective applied technology especially related to use the optimal technology for community to live better in competitive 5.0 society era.
